I am still receiving this error code after I have cleared all the saved data on the machine. I have rebooted our home router and have confirmed my son has not shut down unexpectedly, nor is using any group chat sessions. Everything loads fine, and it shows that we are logged into the servers. When we try to start or join a game we receive this error 'your profile was signed out'.
We cannot play the game. Help
