Modern Warfare 2 Dissconnects Me From Xbox Live

When ever I put in my MW2 into my xbox, i can get about 15 mins worth of playing time on it until it dissconnects me from xbox live. I've tried clearing my cache and that didn't work.
Please help! :(

It's actually all the call of duty games (I've got black ops, mw2 and waw, Black ops doesn't dissconnect me anymore but it used to) It also seems to do it on Left for Dead 1 and 2. :sigh:
