missing sllddrv.vxd

Open Regedit and do a search for "Shlddrv.vxd", or go straight to:
hkey_local_machine > "system" > "current control set" > "services" > "vxd"
and remove any entires concerning "Shlddrv.vxd".

It will not remove the file, as it's already gone, but it will remove the startup-entry for it so that you no longer will get the error-message upon startup. And yes it is related to Panda
