Make sure you have internet connection and can access other web sites in IE. You cannot access Microsoft's Windows Update through the AOL browser. You must use IE. In IE go to Tools/Windows Update. Does that work?
Microsoft websites - access problem
hi,
Recently I have not been able to access microsoft websites - cannot tell exactly when - but when I try to access any using AOL and IE explorer I get "the web address you entered could not be found"
I can access all other website and my internet settings appear to be ok.
Why is this?
