I hesitate to call Solitaire "Gaming" but this question is being asked on Microsoft support with no answers.
Seems Microsoft Solitaire Collection has suddenly stopped working in Windows 8.1. I've been running it almost daily since January. Now the startup window that lets you select which game you want to run comes up but nothing happens when you click on one. I've rebooted, I've done a Windows Update, I've uninstalled. Then I went back to the App Store to get it again (it's free) and the install failed. I'm afraid I didn't write down the error code.
I just tried again and the App Store says I own this app and can install it on this PC. However now it gets a purchase error 0x80246002.
Bottom line, it appears a lot of people are suddenly having this problem. Anybody here from Microsoft support that might be able to find a fix?
