Microsoft service pack install problem

Hey guys, im new to these forums and ive tried my hardest to figure out why this new update wont install so ima ask you guys and see if i can get some info. ok this is the new update i just got today on november 28th:
Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 Service Pack 1. Im gettin error 800070002 and I looked it up in the microsoft support and help and that didnt do anything. So im stuck and really confused why this wont install. Im running Vista Home, 32bit. and I got all the new updates till this one. So if anyone has any info that would be great thanks.
