Good evening, I have just completed a full restore (It really was the last resort) I am getting a message telling me I need to register with Microsoft. When I try to attempt this, I get a window with a product key in it but a message telling me it is the wrong one. I am afraid I don't have a copy of my old number and I would very much appreciate it if you could advise me how to go about it. You have been very kind in the past,helping me with various problems and I feel sure you will help me now if it's possible...lolly70
