try configuring some other email account like gmail one and check.
because yahoo in some countries doesnt support pop access.

microsoft outlook keeps on asking for the network password
i am having a problem, my microsoft office 2007 keeps on asking me for the network password, even if i could sellect save the password, but the pop out keeps on caming back, asking the same thing. i using yahoo e-mail.
