Hi



I am using microsoft Outlook 2007 , the question is , when I put all my dates ,( birthdays etc ) in to the Calendar , how can I have all them dates carried over to the next year , or do I have to type them all in again !! .

When you create the appointment, you can select whether it's one time or recurring. If you select recurring you can tell it how often and how long you want to appointment on your calendar.

Hi

Thanks for that info , simple when you know , I have been just clicking once on the date then just typing in some info , where as I should be double clicking to open up .
