Microsoft Feeds Syncronization Stopped Working

WHENEVER I LOG ONTO MY COMPUTER THE MESSAGE "MICROSOFT FEEDS SYNCRONIZATION HAS STOPPED WORKING" APPEARS. NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES I DELETE THIS MESSAGE IT POPS UP AGAIN. WHAT DOES THIS MEAN? HOW DO I GET RID OF IT? PLEASE HELP:upset:

Hey, open the start menu, type "msconfig.exe" in the search bar and press enter to run msconfig...

Go to the startup tab
If you see something concerning microsoft feeds syncronisation then uncheck the box next to it and press ok (this will pop up another box on startup warning you that your startup items were modified by msconfig but you just have to check "dont show me this again"...)

if not then go to the services tab and do the same
