Micro SD Card Corrupted File

Hello everyone i am new here and hope so i'll find solution for my problem

Ok so recently i made pic with my phone, everything was good untill i tried to copy the pic to pc, connected my phone with usb cable and when i tried to copy it said that file is corrupted please run chkdsk...

I safety removed my phone listed trough my files on my phone, i couldn't open to view to photo even on my phone anymore it said Invalid File :/

I tried to run few programs for recovery of corrupted files i ran so far: Stellar Phoenix Photo Recovery, SD Card Recovery...they found some really old pictures that i have deleted months ago but nothing about this one.

So what do u ppl suggest, some other good program, maybe to go to the local mobile service if they can do something about it, or just delete the photo (because its still in phone as invalid file) and then run again these programs ?
