Mi-Fi 2200 problems

Not sure if this is the right place to ask this but, don't know where else to go. Just got the Mi-Fi 2200. I have charged the device and manual says to "open your WiFi manager". Have no idea how to do this. Can anyone help? thank you for your time.

Finally got the wi-fi manager open. followed the instructions to install the Mi-Fi2200. When I click on the "connect" butt to connect to the wireless mobile data network, computer says "connecting" then says "disconnected". How do I get the connection to stay on?

I have merged your threads . . no use for two threads on the same issue

The place that sold it to you ( Verizon ? ) should have installed it and got it working for you. I would take it back and have them do that. Do you have a cellular signal?
