I am having a problem with my Memorex 1 GB USB 2.0 Travel Drive.

When I try to copy images onto the drive, I get the following error:
"Cannot copy file. the directory or file cannot be created." This happened after copying about half the images I was trying to store on the drive.

I checked properties on the travel drive and I have 207 mb used space and 776 mb free space. The images do not even come near the amount of space left.

Any help would be appreciated.

hmm.....ive never encountered trouble with little usb storage devices but try plugging it in another usb port and see if that helps you out.

I have the same problem, I have done all the steps Jen08 has done and what the moderator proposed. No luck.
