Where are you geting the pricing from? That's pretty pricey if you're in the US.
That same board is $85 from Newegg and you can get an Asus P45 chipset MOBO for $10 more w/$15 rebate.
You don't mention the Model of the Kingston RAM. Their Ballistix line is known to have some issues with some MOBO's.
Do you have a GOOD Power Supply?

ah, sorry,
the ram that im getting is 4G Kit-800(2x2G) Kingston, im not sure of the model, as the pricelist doesnt tell, this is in australia, btw, getting prices from
http://www.msy.com.au/Parts/PARTS.pdf
and, its gotta be from there, no online >_>
also, ima add in a processor ( E8400 ) for 255$
so that comes to like, 700-800$ ish, which is still fine. and the psu is with the case http://www.antec.com/Believe_it/product.php?id=MTc1Mw== which has 380watt, which is fine for me, i think i should upgrade my video card, to something better, maybe 9800GT?

also, this is all in aus dollars :)
cheers.
