I downloaded media 11..hate it. I tried reloading media 10 off the internet. I won't load. Is this because media 11 is downloaded? Do I need to take media 11 off my computer before I can download 10. And if I do this will it effect my music library and if 10 downloads will it pick up my music from my library...Thanks

cant say what will happen to your media library but yes you have to unistall the MP11 before coming back to MP10....
To uninstall.. go to add remove programs, click on the box at the top "Show Updates" and slide down, you will find WMP11 over there.... just select it and unistall it

Your Media Library should stay intact under normal circumstances. You need to uninstall as the above member has stated and reinstall the older version. The newer version is proving to be trash.
