McAfee Turn Off

Hi, My McAfee antivirus is turn off and I don't know how to fix it. One time I was installing a game and I disable the program from Task Manager, but later on I updated the antivirus and it said that it was on. Now it says thats is off and I don't know what to do. Also I can get into the internet. Can anyone help?
