Dear All,

First of all, I would like to apologize if my post is not on the right place.

Last couple of days, suddenly my McAfee stop working and the small icon disappear from the icon tray. Everytime I try to click (run) from the explorer, the folder was "Not Responding" hence I shut-down through task manager and run a new task "explorer".

Worried that it might be due to a virus, I run a Trend Micro House Call (online) but it stops.

I downloaded the AVG Virus removal tool, but it reported as clean.

I browse on the internet and was "told" to run on SAFE MODE, but it was not successfull as the computer stop (with blue screen with messages). so I ran it normally again.

I completely have no idea what to do ..
