Recently I had problems with a hacker. I called McAfee and they told me to backup my system, which someone walked me through, to reformat my hard drive, which I did, and then to restore my files. Well, parts A and B went well, but now the backup won't restore because somehow it is missing an index file to go with the backed-up information. McAfee has taken two weeks to sort this out (and they haven't yet), and I was wondering if I might get help for this here.
