Max Amount of RAM on One Stick?

Dumb question, I know, but what is the maximum capacity of one stick of DDR RAM? I think I've seen some that are 2GB/Stick, but I was wondering if there was anything more?

In short ..No..with DDR RAM there are 2GB modules.

With DDR2 and DDR3 there are some 2,4,and 8GB modules.

The type and amount of RAM is dependent on the MB being used.
