When I plug in a flash drive I get the message that it is an unknown device and not recognised. the help keeps talking about a driver but i've never had a driver for the flash drive. I've tried to plug in my expansion drive and the same thing happens. This has happened before and I just left it for a few days and it worked when i went back to it.
