Malware Ugh!!!

Ok ive experianced this before, and because of my anti virus (Avast!) doesent remove malware, because i have no way to remove this. anyway help me remove this! PLEASE, im getting one of those ads that tells that the computers infected with malware (hahaha funny...) and that i NEED to download there software to get rid of the own malware, the last time i did it i just formatted my drive as it was driving me INSANE (this was before i knew about TSF) HELP!!!
