I have an HP mini/netbook w/ windows 7 and the #4 key does not function, so i have to use the on-screen keyboard to enter the #4 when i need to. all other keys on the notebook keyboard function perfectly.
also, when a window opens w/ a blank box for entering password, username and/or other info, the #4 is repeatedly entered into that box automatically, so i have to the highlight all the 4's in that space and delete, then proceed to enter my own info.
can anyone suggest how i might remedy this?
