I am merging information between fields in Filemaker Pro by downloading as an Excel File, copying information over multiple records in the spreadsheet version, then reimporting the data to the FM Pro file. Some of the words in the records need to be underlined, though, and I loose this formatting in the process.

Is there a way to maintain a source's formatting when importing or exporting records? Or is there another way to copy text into multiple FM Pro records at the same time?
