I have a web site with about 150 people subscibed to my mailing list. I tried sending them the newsletter with Outlook using a distribution list, but when I did, it showed all the people in the mailing list in the email header. I know there is a way to do large mailings without showing all those ugly email addresses at the top. Does anyone know how to do this with Outlook? Or is there a program you can download?

If anyone has any experience with this, please let me know. Thanks.

Hi Dalbot,

In OE click on View | All Headers This will give you an extra contact line called Bcc. This is Blind Carbon Copy.. and in theory it should make all recipients names invisible. I know it works with individual mail, but should also work in groups. I haven't got any groups set up, but see how you get on with that.

Cheers

Liam
