I'm a big fan of forums. Generally you can find someone out there in forum land that knows the answer to your question. I'm a recent convert to a MacBook Pro but still use Microsoft Office. Last Saturday I found out about a great forum on the Office for Mac website called Mactopia.com. So, I signed up. Mactopia said before I could ask a question, I'd have to click the validation email they sent me. They never sent one. There is a place for me to click when signed on to have the email resent. After I don't know how many times, they still haven't sent one. And it's not like I have some spam filter set or something.
The problem is that there is no mechanism to contact an administrator of the forum about this glitch. I've guessed at two or three possible email addresses, like [email protected] and [email protected] and they all come back undelivered.
I can't ask questions or participate in the forum. Is there anyone out there that is familiar with who to contact about this?
Thanks in advance.
