I have an Apple MacBook (OS X 10.4.11) utilising Firefox. I have had the Mac version of MS Office 2004 installed in order to send docs to pc users. All of a sudden they report they cannot open my e-mail attachments in MS Word format and they get screen messages to say that my attachments is in a form that is not recognised! My friends with pc's then talk "pc language" to me and use words like SP and Vista. This is all Mandarin Chinese to Mac users. I have checked on your website and see that I have the latest version of MS Office available for Mac users, so could anyone enlighten me regarding the problem of pc users not being able to open my docs? Just to confuse you, sometimes they can open them then, sometimes they can't! Any help would be appreciated. Graeme.
