At my work we are constantly doing encoding of videos for our music artists. Occasionally we get video burned on a DVD. Sometimes these videos have been burned on a Mac. These ones are unable to be read on a PC, but play fine in a regular consumer DVD player. Why can't PC's not see these. I mean isn't the dvd video spec supposed to play on all players? Is there a way to get a PC to recognize these disks?

I would think you should be able to play them on a pc,. It may be that the
pc does not have the proper codecs. k-lite codec pack can usually take
care of your codec needs. Quicktime may be a issue. That is puzzling.
