Wow, that is probably one of the worst requests for help I have seen. When you ask for assistance, you need to provide a host of details about the specifics of your problem and you computer's specs.

When I Googled that file name, it comes back as being part of MyWebSearch software, which is spyware/adware.

m3plugin is also related to alot of malware problems
You might be best removing it all together through the registry

i have the same problem, the past week i have been getting a msg on my startup screen telling me that there is an error! it has been deleted by spyware but now my computer isnt working the same and doesnt open some things up! help, do i have to reinstall?
