Hey guise.
I'm having a trouble with Lotr: Bfme2 and Rotwk. Everything works fine, but when I start a real-time battle, Pc just restarts with a BSOD (0x000000F error). I can play this game almost normally when I set graphics to lowest, but it still crashes sometimes.
Here's the tricky part: I played this game fine 'bout 2 years ago, but now i'm having this trouble :( ( Pc is the same)

I tried to check hdd, rams : all fine. Also checked graphics and sound drivers : fine too.

I don't think that system is overheating, because when it restarts, system temperature is about 50C.

Here are Pc specifications:
Nvidia Nforce2 Ultra 400 Mainboard
1gb of rams
Geforce 6200 (256mb vram) VGA
AMD Sempron 2800+ 2.0GhZ CPU

P.S. Power supply is only 300W. Could it be a problem?
P.P.S. Sorry for bad english, this language isn't my native and I'm only 14.

Thanks for help! :)

These things do cool down quickly. 50 degrees after a complete restart is bad. I don't want mine going over 50 under full load.
Heat can be an issue, bad RAM can be an issue, and being under powered can be an issue. Power supplies do degrade over time, and that could be an explanation. It sounds like you have quite an old system, with the 6000 series GPU and the single core processor.

I would start with the RAM. How many slots are on your mobo for ram, and how many are being used?

Corrupted game can't be a problem, because i reinstalled it 3 times. Hdd isn't the problem too, because I keep it clean with defragmenters and other programs. I haven't got this problem on any other games.

My system is really quite old. There are 4 ram slots on mobo and 3 of them are used (512mb and 2x256mb) , but it can't be a problem too, because game crashes with one or two ram sticks. I ran memtest86 and microsoft memory check, no errors had been found.

P.S. Actual BSOD error code is 0x0000007F (0x0000000D,0x00000000,0x00000000,0x00000000)
