Lost Internet Connection After uniinstalling Symantec Antivirus

Help - After uninstalling symatnec 10 AV (and iTunes which was the reason I was trying to troubleshoot becasue of iTunes Store connection problems) I no longer have any internet connections on that laptop. it is a HP pavilion running Vista Home. Two other machines on the network contine to run fine.

My network adapters both say they are working properly.
I am connected to the the router - I have disconnected and re-connected severale times.

I have also restored my system to previous confgurations without success and had to come back to this configuration because I was getting blue screen crashes.

I ran Ipconfig/all and received the below. Can anybody give me any ideas of what to do next
