We recently merged with another company and our domain changed. when I tried to log on to the new domain from my PC, I lost many of my settings. Many products came up like it was the first time I used them. In outlook, I lost my setting and old my old mail. I assume by setting up to log into another network I created a new user on the system. Is there anyway to transfer my old settings to this new user and get back my email and is there anyway to do this changeover without losing everything on my other computers. I work in a very small SMB

Just for clarity, are you using a new host as well or are you hosting your own files? If you're hosting your own and you're using the same computer we may have another problem. If you're on a new host, did they transfer your files from your old host?

I am using the same workstation. As instructed I went to system\computer name\change and joined the other domain. my problem is everything that I though was a local setting changed. for instance, when I tried to use outlook it treated me like I had never used it before, wanted me to create accounts and all my old emails were gone. Other programs treat me like I am using the computer for the first time. Mt email is downloaded straight from a external ISP and has nothing internal to the organization. XP workstation

You have a new User Profile with the new Domain Name. Go to C:\Documents and Settings\ you will see your new profile name branched out, you should also see your old profile name as well. Open your old user profile name and Copy the Desktop, Favorites, and My Documents files to your new user profile. You can also go to Start/Run and type sysdm.cpl and press enter. Go to the Advanced Tab/User Profiles/Settings Highlight the old user profile name and choose Copy To and type in your new user profile name, or browse to it under Documents and Settings and click OK. It will copy all of your files and settings to your new profile name.
