looking to hire someone to fix malware problem!

Hi - I'm an individual who has spent the better part of the past 40 hours attempting to self fix personal computer infected the other day with malware - I sort of understand the steps to take - and have attempted, but I'm only making my problem worse. Is there anyone on here or any site or place you can recommend to either remotely fix or come to my home to fix? I live in NJ (in the region of Freehold) I think it says Wormblaster, but basically, I clicked on a song Lyrics site - and it popped up with codecx and activex warnings - I tried to close but to no avail, and boom - infected with "cockroaches eating a blue screen) -- from there I tried to download Ad-aware 2007 (yes, I realize it's 2008 but didn't realize there was an updated version) - and it got to 82% before virus prevented from completed. Without my ok, it seems to have placed various fake security programs (Advanced xp fixer, defender, system defender..) on my desktop - I have NOT installed them, but they got there nonetheless. It also disabled my task manager! I downloaded a software fix that worked - only to have it disabled again next time I rebooted computer. I bought Spyware Doctor and scanned multiple times - at first it claimed to remove 256 things - but obviously not well enough. I did not try smitfraud as don't quite know how, and I'm afraid the virus is getting more entrenched each time I touch computer! I get the sense someone on here could relatively Easily fix - but I can't. I can get into safemode - but I can't download anything from there, and when I try to download programs suggested from regular mode - Malware popups screw up my download most of the time. So I'm at a complete loss and feel absolutely hopeless. I am having an affair (big party guys!!) in 2 weeks and all speeches, seating, etc are on my computer so I desperately want to fix. BUT it's older and I will buy a new computer this summer so don't wish to pay a fortune to fix. Can someone please, please assist me?? Anyone on here in my area or know someone who can help? Please contact me. Thank you.
