How many European cloud services are there, which do not use any U.S. Software. Thus, U.S. authorities do not have access to any data of the cloud service. Needless to say, the cloud cervice should provide a certain level of quality.

Seems like noone really reads or at leasts comments my question. Maybe there are no "Cloud Computing Systems" which provide only European Software. The only cloud known to me, is Folio Cloud, but I already use this cloud. I am looking for similar or even complete other type of it.
