I have One of my customer and I need to give him some support on his PC.

I use LogmeIn.

I can get into his PC in safe Mode using LogmeIn But when I Try in Normal Mode , It gives Connection Failed.

I have deactivated Firewall and also Anti Virus form safe Mode and even from Start Up.

But still didnt work.

I tried Aammy Admin and ShowMyPC and Both doesnt show any ID .

Really Confused what to do ?

The rebooting doesn't sound like it works lol, so yeah try the step I mentioned and see if it works. If not, I'll see if I can dig up any more information on the matter. This may be an issue with LogMeIn and not you, which then contacting their support center would be the wise thing to do.

Go to Start/Run and type services.msc and press enter. Scroll down to Windows Firewall double click it and Stop the Service on both computers. If either computer has any other security software, Nortons, Spy Bot, Zone Alarm stop that service as well.
