Not sure if this is the right area, I posted in Windows XP but have no response. :sad:

This image is showing up at startup. Can't get passed it. Checked all the hardware. Everything is plugged in and connected.

It's a P4 with Windows XP SP2 Home.

I would really appreciate some help.

Post the make/model of the PC. If this is a custom build then post the specs.
