I remoted to a computer in our network and typed in my User ID and PW.
I clicked OK and received the following message:

Logon Message
The local policy of this system does not permit you to logon interactively.

Note: The User ID is used above has administrative rights.

I then use a different administrative login and I was able to logon.

The computer I was using is an XP Pro and the PC I am trying to remote into is also an XP Pro.

You have to go into the computer you want to log into remotely and Right click My Computer/Properties and go to the Remote tab. Select Remote Users and add the user you want to have remote access to that computer.
