I am trying to locate a .dll on my XP machine....

It is located in c:\system volum information
How do I get there?

the .dll is A0326794.dll

I have a trojan attached to it and I cant get rid of it!

Open Search from any folder. Enter the filename. When it appears, <delete>

or

C:\SYSTEM isn't an ordinary folder. I suspect it is in C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM, or C:\WINNT\SYSTEM.

On any folder, select FOLDER OPTIONS, VIEW and make sure 'show hidded files and folders" is selected.
"Hide protected operating system files" and 'hide extensions for known file types" should not be selected.

Have you tried using a software-based antivirus program to get rid of the trojan? It is always better to have it done that way because the malevolent program often makes other changes (for example, most viruses alter the registry).
