We have a problem with a computer not shutting down. The help that we have been able to get instructs us to access the bootlog.txt. Can anyone tell us where that might be? We can't find it in search for files and folders.
The computer will go to the screne that says windows is shutting down - but it does not go to the screne that says it is safe to shut down.
