Hello all. My name is Rob and I work in IT support in NYC. I am currently having a problem when logging into a new Sony Vaio laptop running Win XP SP2. I log in locally and then access the Cisco VPN using an air card. I can log in fine but when I run the logon scripts for this account I receive error message within logon scripts noting that the server where the scripts are are locked out. However when I log directly into the domain using same user account it runs fine. Can you please help? Thanks.

THere are some lines of important info missing from the scripts, not knowing about the servers or system there I would suggest asking one of the more experienced or knowledgeable techs there how to accurately work the syntax for the scripts.
