Links folder in IE

I keep getting a "Links" folder in my favorites list in IE. Anybody know how to get rid of this problem? I go in a delete it but it keeps popping back up at different times on the web, even after running Ad Aware and Spybot Search and Destroy.

There's an option with X-Setup to hide it, and it stops appearing. It's a part of IE, nothing to get concerned about, but it's annoying. :D
