Was wondering why newer 1155 mobos have vga/dvi ports on them when so many of the newer systems will use a seperate video card?
I know the video processing is built into the chip, so am curious as to why put the VGA/DVI on the mobo at all, and if you use the ports does that take away from the RAM available or since that is handled by the processor is it no factor for RAM?
Thanks
