I own a Lexmark x83 printer. The quality is fantastic and I have no regrets buying it, but there is a slight problem...it prints everything that is text jagged! The words look as if they are italicized, and I have tried everything I could to fix the problem. Has anyone else had this problem? If so, could you tell me what you did to fix it? Thanks.

First, are you aware Lexmark recently released a software update they deemed important for your printer? Here is the LINK to check it out, and see if this solves your problem. Also did you align your print heads?

I have downloaded and upgraded the printer, but I am still having problems. How do you align the print heads?

Well I'm not sure because it will be software specific to your printer, but I suppose under Printers, if you right clik the printer, and go into it's properties, there should be an option to Align Print Heads. It may be under Cartridge Maintanence.
