I just downloaded a service manual for my C750 and looked up 173 service motor, it says i need to replace the RIB first. Does any one know the best place to get this fru part? Frustrated because I just purchased this and only printed 1000 copies!!!

Must have a crappy warranty if you have to fix it yourself after only 1,000 pages!

Try CPI (Computer Parts International) ...we almost always got out Lexmark parts from there when I worked for IBM.

Thanks Mikey I'll try this out! Lexmark wants me to try testing the cables on the printheads first, then order the rip board.
