I think one general rule can be applied.....

Makes no difference if it's the biggest or the best......what matters is if you know how to use it.

I might have the fastest dragster ever built......if I can't drive it to it's potential, what's the use??

No offense to the OP and was not intended as such. I'm just an old guy and have been around the block many times......just passing on my observations.

For some reason I've become a PC addict.

I can stare at my motherboard and touching it and it's heatsink over and over again. Obsessive Complusve Behavior with heatsinks in general.
