Ensure your computer powered off completely, not hibernating. Then retry the Novo button. You must press it with the computer powered off.

You also might try setting Fast Startup off and then pressing Fn + F2 (or F2) several times at boot up.

If using the NOVO button, you would turn on the computer with that and NOT the power button the laptop. That should by pass and offer you Setup (Bios) to boot into.
You can also CLEAR the CMOS by removing the CMOS Battery
