I bought my Lenovo g50-70 laptop with windows 8.1

since few days i was facing problem with the volume hot keys i get with my keyboard. They work well when there is some installation or uninstallation is going on in my pc. other than that they dont work .

Please help me in resolving the issue:ermm::ermm::ermm::ermm:

Hi, Follow this steps and then tell me if it works fine or not.
Open start -> Search for "Device Manager".
Right click on something which says "Sound or Speakers" and click on disable.
Again right click on it and enable it.

Sometimes disabling sound drivers and enabling it back fixes the problem.
Tell me how does it goes for you...

Assuming your laptop is still under warranty, I would recommend you to take your laptop to Lenovo service station and ask them for the solution.
