Did you use a can of air to blow that fan out. I also have been known to take a toothpick and put some WD-40 in a cup and then dip that toothpick in there and when a drop is on the toothpick, place it on the fan bearing area. That will sometimes quiet them down if you take the dust out first. If it were mine and under warranty and cleaning does not solve the problem, I would RMA it.
