LCS Server and ability to ask for remote assistance from Sharepoint/Office?

I was under the impression from something I saw, but cant remember where, that with LCS server and Office/Sharepoint.. there was a way for an end user to see an admins name either in Word or on the intranet page and click on their name and be able to ask for remote assistance/etc if needed?



I dont see this option.. I do see a circle next to the admins name, which is orange.. has options to view calendar status etc.. under additional options there is nothing though...

Is this ability supposed to be here somehow?

Also.. would the end user need the client installed as well, or just the admins?
