My laptop was working fine, until my laptop charger broke and my laptop went dead until I could buy a new one. I didn't have time to get a new one until about a week later. When I finally got the new one I plugged it in; the light on the charger lit up, but when I tried to turn my laptop on nothing was happening. I thought that it might be the charger, so I was sent a new one for free, but apparently the charger wasn't the problem, because my laptop still won't turn on.

I've had it about a year and a half, and have never had any problems getting it to turn on.

The battery has been totally flat for about two weeks now.

Please can someone help!?

Hi and welcome to TSF try taking out the battery and power pack hold down the power button for 30 secs then try to boot with only the power pack let us know how it goes

Hi this will clear any static and clear the cmos which will hopefully allow you to boot up

Hi you would need to test the port on your laptop which you could do with a voltmeter or you take to the repair shop and get it done
