I have a dell inspiron 1521 that will not start. when i press the power button only the blue power light and the bluetooth light come on. the screen is blank. when i press the power and fn button and release. i get two blinking lights and one solid light on the top of the keyboard as well as the power and bluetooth light on. any help would be great.

shine a torch onto the screen and see if you see anything

connect a monitor and see if it shows the normal screen
